This is a great way to get started on a birthday or holiday
gift; or even a gift for yourself! And get this, our Layaway Program
only charges $2.00 per month to place your item (or items) in the Pit
Stop; therefore, you can enjoy the service
at a very low cost!
Layaways require the first payment down. (The first payment
for each item is different, as well as shipping fees. Please contact us
for a quote by filling out the form below or using our live
chat option.) Buyer agrees to pay on a monthly
installment basis. Buyer will be charged $2.00 per month for processing
fees.
Buyer can get a FULL refund of all monies paid 30 days
from the origination date.
Example: Mary places an item on layaway on May 1,
2009. On May 31, 2009, Mary decides she no longer wants the item. She contacts
Zak's Speed Shop / Speedy Go Karts and Bicycles on May 31, 2009 and requests a full refund.
Zak's Speed Shop /
Speedy Go Karts and Bicycles refunds the money, minus 5%, plus $2.00 transaction fees
per payment made, no questions asked.
Zak's Speed Shop /
Speedy Go Karts and Bicycles will start sending your invoices 30 days from the
origination date and 30 days thereafter. Buyer does have option
to call in payments or make their payment through PayPal Invoicing.
PayPal account not required. Buyer has 5 days to pay the invoice.
Zak's Speed Shop /
Speedy Go Karts and Bicycles will send one
(1) additional invoice via email should buyer fail to pay the invoice
timely. Should Buyer fail to pay
that invoice within seven (7) days; Zak's Speed Shop /
Speedy Go Karts and Bicycles will contact the Buyer by telephone. Should we
not reach the Buyer via telephone within 10 days, Zak's Speed Shop
/
Speedy Go Karts and Bicycles will void the layaway contract and the Buyer will not be entitled to a refund.
Once the balance is paid in full, the item will be
shipped. 100%
satisfaction is our goal; therefore, after the balance is
paid and the item shipped, Buyer is then free to take
advantage of their products manufacturer warranty; which begins on the
day when final layaway payment is made.
If the Buyer places a special order item on layaway and
the item is no longer available, Zak's Speed Shop /
Speedy Go Karts and Bicycles will
return ALL funds received from the buyer. A FULL refund will be issued.
